Our expert program design solutions offer schools, educators, and organizational leaders a model for new program development and curriculum enhancement that intentionally champions the identity, ideas, and imagination of their learners. We work with our partners to produce specialized, high-impact civic engagement, creative economy training and work-based learning programs and enrichment experiences for youth ages 16-24.
With a distinct focus on foundational and future-skills development, our approach leverages design thinking principles and assimilates the creative, cultural, and community interests of young people. We go further to connect with local industry professionals, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community members to provide perspective and participate in shaping programs for increased relevance and real-world application for both leaders and learners.
