GATHER+GROW is our organizational capacity building and technical training program designed to help small business owners, entrepreneurs and organizational leaders expand their mission and grow through the power of community engagement.
Through a series of workshops, experiential events and resources, we provide participants strategic insights and education dedicated to designing special programming and unlocking greater power and potential in their work by cultivating deeper, more sustainable relationships with their community and stakeholders.
Unlike conventional technical assistance and economic development resources, our program centers community engagement as a source + strategy for organizational success and impact. By prioritizing skills for strengthening connections with community and designing special events and enrichment programming, we’re helping our partners redefine their value propositions and elevate their business from transactional to transformational.
