YOUTH VOICE HAS THE POWER TO SHATTER THE STATUS QUO, INSPIRE POSITIVE CHANGE AND LEAD US TO A MORE EQUITABLE AND JUST SOCIETY.
Journey to Impact is our youth leadership and civic engagement program.
This six (6) week, cohort-model program is designed to amplify the voice and views of young people ages 16-24 to inspire active participation in the collective health and well-being of their community. Through a series of leadership workshops and learning experiences culminating in an interactive, community-based discussion panel event, we hold space and work with groups of 4-12 youth to examine the social issues that matter most to them today. Together, we explore potential systemic solutions and shape the basis for public dialogue with the community as part of youth-led initiative and model for social change and advocacy.
We partner with schools, government, public institutions and community organizations to deliver a dynamic, multi-layered learning experience that empowers youth with a broad sense of civic and social responsibility.
Our goal is to cultivate the next generation of socially conscious leaders that embody purpose-drive action and harness the power of their voice as a force for good and transformative impact.

Journey To Impact platforms the next generation of activists + advocates. Our program builds youth capacity for innovation and solution shaping with fresh perspectives and possibility that and experience a sense of responsibility and ownership in shaping the future.
Intergenerational Community Building + Dialogue
Journey To Impact bridges the communication and influence gaps between youth, adults, and institutions. By centering young people at the forefront of solutions-based dialogue and action, our program cultivates intergenerational understanding and positions them as co-creators of social change today, tomorrow, and beyond.
